On April 27 I’ll be taking to the Powerhouse Theatre stage with Quintet Topology and drummer John Parker to reincarnate and remember songs from the early 90′s. We’ll be playing songs by Radiohead, Nick Cave, Frente, Bjork, Sound Garden, Crowded House, The Cure and lots more and most importantly, we’ll probably be sporting some kind of hideous concoction of 90′s attire. Although we remember the 90′s for all the things it did so badly, there are also some absolute gems out there and we’ll be celebrating some of the best, and of course, a couple of the worst.

I’m playing a show at the Troubadour in Brisbane next week. Tuesday 9. I’ll be supporting Sydney’s Oh Mercy and Brisbane’s very own Hungry Kids of Hungary. Most importantly, I’ll be starting STRICTLY at 8pm so if you plan to come make sure you take your clothes to work and change there, or get the train instead of a bus to avoid the traffic, or eat Sushi
on the run instead of going to the
busiest Thai restaurant you can find.
Yes – these have all been previous excuses as to why someone has missed a show of mine so be on time to avoid my black excuse list.No comments
Over the past month I have been on the road across the country with
four other solo artists, McArtney, Ed Guglielmino, Coby Grant and Simon Kelly. The four of us have come together from across the country to play solo and in each others songs. Finally we have landed in NSW and will finish the final leg this week! I’ll be going home much to my delight!
I won’t have long to recover from lack of sleep though. As soon as I return back I’ll be back in the studio recording another EP to be released later
this year. I could have waited to do another album, but I’m too impatient for that I’m afraid. Keep an ear out, because if I’m allowed to, I’ll try and preview it a little in the coming months.
Other than that, I’ll be back on tour during the month of July up and down the east coast. I’ll report more when I know more but for now I’ll leave you with some photos from our adventures on the United Tour.No comments
